2:30 - 4 pm

Since autumn is one of the most beautiful seasons [and my favorite season] in honor of Demeter - Goddess of Agriculture, Earth Goddess, "bringer of seasons", we will be doing some awesome fall activities.

If possible, bring any of the following: (remember, I only have so much money) =)

*candy corn or candy pumpkins

* small pumpkins

*leaves from outside

*any fake leaves, berries, wheat, etc. (fall-like plants) you or your parents may have laying around

*glitter

*hot glue guns /  glue sticks

*puffy paints

*ribbon

*paper plates

See ya'll on Thursday in the Big House - Room 1209!

Next Meeting

'Tis that time of year again
To come together as friends

The day is that in which we honor
The greatest god of all

Rain, lightning, thunder, hail
All that may fall

Known to us as Zeus
Or the famous god Thor

God of sky and thunder
In Roman, he is Jupiter

Come on this day
The first of the tenth

The place where we meet
Can you find it?

Don't get lost.
It's not the labyrinth!

2:30-3:45

Hey Guys did you hear about the BRAND NEW Lightening Thief movie Coming out on Febuary 12. If you need more info about the movie talk to Mrs. Vandor.

Today's Riddle...

Hi TK Halfbloods!
Since Ms. Vandor guessed the correct answer to one of my riddles,
Here's a new one!

I am nothing really at all,
And yet I am easily found.
Ignore me at your own peril,
And you may end up crowned!

Comment if you think you have the answer!
